It explores a newly identified self-defeating behavior I call The Self-Sufficiency Syndrome where many of us can't ask for help, do everything all by ourselves, can't delegate cause no one else can do it as well and we're headed for burnout! Our culture says it's a weakness to ask for help and many of our new parents have neen raised to believe this. Others have come from backgrounds where they never learned to trust and this severe behavior becomes a safe haven!
