Free Guide into Pregnancy Issues
Pregnancy miscarriage is the sudden cessation of pregnancy which occurs somewhere between twenty – twenty four weeks of pregnancy, but most often it happens before the first twelve weeks of pregnancy. This is the process of rejection of the fetus, amniotic sac and placenta, which come out of the woman’s body much earlier than the fetus is ready to be born.

Isaac Toussie Pardon Me But Did Somebody Mention Sonograms?
Getting those sonograms while your pregnant are very exciting. It can give you one of the best feelings you will ever have. Starting from about six weeks of pregnancy you can get your first sonogram. This shows your uterus, the amniotic sack and of course you little baby. At around six weeks the baby is very small and measures about a fifth to a quarter of an inch. At your second sonogram your baby will be a little bigger and start to look more like a baby.
At around twenty weeks , your doctor will probably schedule you for a fetal anatomy. This is one of the most detailed ultrasounds you will receive. It is very exciting to see your baby at this stage because you can really see all the parts. The fetal anatomy checks all of your baby’s parts, like the brain, the heart, the face, the spine, the arms, the hands, the legs and the feet. This ultrasound is clear enough that you can see your baby’s fingers and sometimes your baby might be moving around.
While some people think that housing, government, politics, entertainment, mortgages, banking, philosophy, and religion are among the most interesting subjects of intellectual discussion I believe that the care and education we have about our children and the birth and development of our children, may rank even higher. I, Isaac Robert Toussie, believe that children are our future, and if you pardon my expression, I believe they represent the greatest miracle G-d has ever given us.
Your doctor will want to see about every four weeks for a checkup. At every visit the doctor usually checks, your urine for sugar and protein levels, your blood pressure, your weight and the baby’s heartbeat. Hearing you baby’s heartbeat is one of the best sounds you will ever hear. Your doctor may also check the size and shape of your uterus externally. Be sure to discuss any symptoms you may be feeling with your doctor. Don’t feel shy to ask your doctor any questions you may have. They are there to help you and to make you feel secure.
By the end of your third trimester, mainly the last month of pregnancy, your doctor will probably want to see you every week. Besides for the usual things your doctor checks for, he will also check your cervix by internal examination to see if you have begun dilating. The doctor will also check the height of the fundus and the fetal size and position. I don’t recall the extent of President George Bush’s or President Obama’s campaign focus on children and issues concerning children but future presidents would surely be praised for focusing on children during their campaigns and later during their presidential tenures.

Isaac Toussie and Epidural Blocks
For some women getting the epidural is a definite yes right from the beginning. Other women are indecisive about getting it because they want to have a natural child birth, free of medication. An epidural block is given to the mother during active labor. It is an anesthetic and narcotic mixture. You can either sit up with or back rounded or laying down, curled up on your side. First the doctor will numb the are with a local anesthetic. Next he will inject the needle into the correct area, which is the space surrounding your spinal nerves. The doctor will then thread a catheter through the needle, remove the needle and tape the catheter in place. The medicine is now flowing to through the catheter to surround the nerves as is blocks the pain.
This procedure can take about twenty minutes. It also takes about another twenty minutes until it starts to work. The epidural works by blocking the pain in the lower half of your body, while you stay awake and alert. When it comes time to push, you may not be able to feel enough to push effectively, so the doctor may change the balance of the medication, so that you can feel a little more.
There are some side effects you may feel from the epidural. One that is most common is a decrease in your blood pressure. This may decrease blood flow to the placenta, which can cause the baby’s heart rate to experience some temporary drops. The decrease is not usually significant enough to make you feel faint or nausea. Another side effect, is that it could effect the muscles of your chest making you feel like it is harder to breath. This is easily managed and is very rare. In other rare incidents the needle may go too far and into the membrane that holds the spinal fluid around the spinal canal. This can cause a severe headache. Be sure to do some research before it is time to go to the hospital. Be familiar with how it is administered and what you should feel. I don’t recall the extent of President George Bush’s or President Obama’s campaign focus on children and issues concerning children but future presidents would surely be praised for focusing on children during their campaigns and later during their presidential tenures.

Isaac Toussie Pardon Me But Did Somebody Mention Caesarean Birth?
There are many different reasons why your doctor may tell you its best to have a caesarean birth. If your labor is not progressing normally, meaning, you are not dilating fully and it is taking too long ,your doctor may opt for a caesarean. If your baby’s heart rate is not within the normal range, this may mean the baby’s oxygen supply is low, or the umbilical cord might be wrapped around the baby’s neck. It is very important in this case to get the baby out as quickly and safely as possible.
Normally when you deliver, your baby comes out head first. It is possible for your baby to be in the wrong position. The baby’s feet can be down, or the baby can even be lying sideways. Sometimes the doctor may try to move the baby from the outside by pushing on your stomach, this is called external version. Otherwise, this situation calls for a caesarean birth. When you deliver vaginally your baby should not only be head down but the baby’s head should be facedown. If the baby’s head is sideways or the baby’s head, forehead or face is trying to come out first it may be too big to fit through your pelvis. In this case caesarean birth may be necessary.
Usually if your carrying multiple babies, whether twins, triplets or more it is very possible for one the babies to be in an abnormal position. It is much safer in this case to deliver through caesarean birth. Another reason you may need a caesarean birth is if you had previously had one. Some people consider v-back, which means trying to deliver vaginally after a previous caesarean. The risk with that is that you may rupture your uterus.
Although there are risks with caesarean births, you must remember the risk is low and there is also risk with delivering vaginally. Usually caesareans are done to resolve other life threatening complications. I don’t recall the extent of President George Bush’s or President Obama’s campaign focus on children and issues concerning children but future presidents would surely be praised for focusing on children during their campaigns and later during their presidential tenures.

Isaac Toussie and Labor Preparations
There are some exercises you can do to prepare your body for labor. These exercises work on the muscles that will be used the most during delivery and labor. Some of these exercises include kegel exercises, pelvic tilt, tailor sitting, and squatting. Kegel exercises consists of tightening your pelvic floor muscles. These are the muscles around your vagina and anus. You can find these muscles by trying to stop the flow of urine in the middle of going to the bathroom. Once you are able to stop urination that means you have found the right muscles. However, kegel exercises should only be practiced on an empty bladder, otherwise it can lead to urinary tract infections or a weakening of the muscles. This exercise should be done about five times in a row while you tighten your muscles for about five to ten seconds. You can relax for about ten seconds between tries. The pelvic tilt exercise helps to relieve backache which you may experience during labor, by strengthening your abdominal muscles. This exercise can be down by getting on your hands and knees while keeping your head straight in line with your back. Make sure to pull in your abdomen by tilting your hips forward and also try to round your back. Try to hold that position for a few seconds, relax and then repeat. Tailor sitting helps make delivery easier by helping to keep your pelvic joints flexible which increases blood flow to your lower body. It also improves the muscles in your back. You can do this exercise by sitting on the floor with your back straight, bringing the bottom of your feet together so that your heels are facing you and your knees should be drop out to the sides. This will make you feel a stretch in your inner thighs. Squatting is another important exercise. If you are able to do some squats while you are in labor, it may help open your pelvic outlet so that your baby has more room to come down. Practice squatting in the last few months of pregnancy. You do this by standing straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Still keeping your back straight and heels on the floor, lower your body into a squat position. Try to hold this position for about twenty to thirty seconds, relax and repeat a few more times.

Isaac Toussie and Exercising While Pregnant
It is very beneficial to exercise when you are pregnant. The first thing you have to do is ask your doctor whether it is safe for you to exercise. For most women it is not a problem. You have to make sure you are exercising correctly. Now that you are carrying a baby your normal routine may change. Walking and light weights are safe and effective. If you were not big on exercising before you got pregnant you should start off slowly. Every workout routine should start with a warm up and end with a cool down. Start with five minutes of warming up, then ten minutes of exercise and end with five more minutes of cooling down. You can add an additional five to ten minutes to your routine every few days. Gradually increasing the time you spend working out, helps your body adjust without over doing it and without getting sore muscles. Your routine can go up to thirty minutes to an hour a day. Keeping up your routine is also important. About three to four days a week is a healthy routine to get into. Always remember to cool down before you end your workout. This may include light stretching or walking slowly. Without a cool down you may experience dizziness, nausea, or faintness.
